Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the date of delivery. Return items, including free gift(s), must be unworn and in the condition that you received them.

We arrange for return shipping for orders within India. Contact sparklesindia.com for prompt assistance. Please read our full policy below before making your purchase or reaching out to our support team.

What You Can Return

  • Items in new condition* with the original packaging and materials.
  • Items including gift boxes and/or certificates of authenticity.
  • Items that have been in the customer’s possession for less than 30 days from the date of delivery.

What You Cannot Return

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Items no longer in new condition.
  • Items missing original packaging, gift boxes, or certificates of authenticity.
  • Customized or altered items (e.g., resizing or engraving).
  • Items in customer’s possession for more than 30 days from delivery.

Inspect your items upon receipt for shipping errors or defects. Report defective merchandise within 10 business days.

Return Instructions

  • Contact our Customer Care Team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
  • Returns without an RMA may be delayed or rejected.
  • If returning due to a manufacturer’s defect or wrong item shipped, we will cover all shipping fees**.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
  • Use a carrier with tracking for all return shipments. Lost returns are not our responsibility.
  • We inspect returns within 5–7 business days. Items not in original condition will be returned to the customer.
  • Once approved, refunds or exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued in the original payment method. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless it’s a manufacturer’s defect or wrong item shipped.

Steps to Return an Item

  1. Complete the Customer Return Form.
  2. Use original or secure packaging, including all materials.
  3. Include the Return Form and write your RMA number on the package.
  4. Speak to our Customer Support team for assistance.

Jewellery Repairs

If your jewellery is damaged after 30 days of delivery, we offer quality repairs at competitive prices.

To request a repair:

  • Contact our Customer Care Team to begin the repair process.
  • Provide purchase details (order number, name, address) and describe the damage. Photos help!
  • We’ll give an initial estimate and RMA number with shipping instructions.
  • Our experts will inspect and may revise the estimate before starting the repair.
  • Repairs start only after you approve the final cost. Shipping costs are included in the estimate.
  • Payment is collected securely via phone or PayPal.
  • Repairs may take 4–6 weeks. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.

* Item must be free of scratches, marks, or alterations (resizing, etc.) and include all packaging and certificates.

** Only applicable for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
