Exchange & Buyback Policy
At Sparkles, we want your jewellery to feel like a purchase you can enjoy with confidence.
To make things easier, we offer both an Exchange Policy and a Buyback Policy for eligible products purchased in India, subject to quality evaluation.
We offer a 100% Exchange for products sold exclusively in India, subject to evaluation by our quality assurance department.
Customers can exchange their purchased items for other products from our collection. The value of new Purchase should be minimum 30% more than the original selling price. (Customer have to pay difference amount). Bespoke items are not eligible for exchange.
Each customer is permitted one exchange in their lifetime. Once an item is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged or returned again.
Items that have been previously fixed or altered by anyone other than Sparkles and Nuvo Diamonds do not qualify for exchange. Any alterations by another jeweler will void the exchange and warranty.
The product must be free from damage, wear and tear, alteration, or similar modifications. The decision of the quality assurance department will be final and binding for all exchange requests.
Custom-built bespoke items and gift cards do not qualify for exchanges or buybacks.
The good(s) being exchanged should be accompanied with the original certificate; original Invoice & warranty card provided by the Company to the Customer.
The Company shall take a minimum period of 20 (twenty) working days for the entire process.
Buyback policy would not be valid for Exchanged pieces.
We provide a Buyback Program for products sold subject to evaluation by our quality assurance department.
Customers will receive 80% of the Product value.
Requests for buybacks should be initiated within the first year of the purchase.

The refund amount will exclude all applied taxes (3%) at the time of purchase.
Custom-built bespoke items and gift cards do not qualify for exchanges or buybacks.
There would be 4% processing fee applicable on the invoice value of the product.
All payments for the buyback value paid by the company will be made through Cheque only. Payments shall be made only to the person/entity mentioned in the invoice issued by the Sparkles and Nuvo Diamonds and carrying a valid government issue photo ID.

Payments under the buyback policy shall be done within 21 business days after receiving the product at our registered office.
