What diamond size is right for me for a ring?

The size of your diamond does not determine its quality, and so, bigger is not necessarily better. It also depends on personal style, your hand size, the kind of setting you like and your budget. At Sparkles, we offer a vast range of shapes, settings and sizes of the most brilliant diamonds for every budget.

The 1 carat centre stone is the standard popular choice. 1.5 and 2 carat are also gaining demand in the recent past. Sparkles recommends that if you have smaller hands you should consider a 1 carat stone. If you have larger hands you could opt for the 2 carat stone. Anything bigger than 2 carats is purely on personal preference.

What are the different diamond shapes?

The shape of a diamond refers to its physical form or basic outline, its symmetry and proportions. The shape is different to the cut of a diamond. Sparkles offers a variety of shapes which include: round brilliant, princess, cushion, emerald, radiant, oval, asscher, pear and marquise.

Orders and Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

With our fabulous 30-day return policy, you can order any item from Sparkles, keep it for 30 days and if it’s not something you love or you find a fault with it, you can return it with no fees attached.

The product must be returned in new condition along with all its original documents and collateral. Although we are confident you will love your item, in case you would like to exchange it, we have a lifetime 100% exchange policy. Through this policy, you can exchange any old product for a new design. You will receive a product of the same value as what you had purchased before. Please note: value refers to the invoice amount after discount).*

You are eligible for this exchange policy if the following conditions are met:

  • The jewellery is undamaged, unaltered and in a good condition
  • You exchange the jewellery with all of its original certificates of authentication
  • You have the original invoice
  • All free accessories, including box and more is also returned in an original condition, or subject to replacement fee

How long will it take to receive my jewellery, after placing an order on the Sparkles website?

If your order is a customised order, to guarantee the highest level of quality, we take approximately 15 business day to complete your jewellery. Once it is completed, it will be shipped via Bluedart and ecom courier for domestic orders and international orders, and could take approximately 15 business days to arrive, depending on your country.

I paid twice, what should I do?

We only use trustworthy and best in class payment gateways for transaction on our website and therefore changes of double payment are rare.
