| 100% Exchange Policy: |
| In an event that you would like to exchange, our no-stress 100% exchange policy gives you the benefit to exchange with great ease at all times. We will be accept the product and exchange it (after verification from HO) for another item of your choice, but while doing so you need to upgrade the exchange product by 30% of the NET value. The invoice along with the guarantee card will have to be produced for all future dealing. Products purchased under special promotional schemes cannot be exchanged.

The certificate will be invalid if the product is damaged by mishandling or repair by any person other then Sparkles diamonds personnel and if this certificate is tampered in anyway. 2. The specification about jewellery mentioned is indicative and cannot form basis of evaluation. The product has been checked for quality and valuation at the time tagging. The COA (Certificate of Authenticity) cannot be used as a basis evaluation or appraisal.
3. Claims, if any, would be limited to the Net Price of the products, and will be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

4. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders or terminate accounts, at any time in its sole discretion.
5. The Company does not take any responsibility if the shipment is delayed or if the order(s) needs to be cancelled due to reasons unforeseen or situation out of its control. It is at the sole discretion of the company and no claims otherwise will be entertained beyond net value of the product.
6. In case of any defect or queries related to the product, it must be informed to our office by mail or phone within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
7. Products Purchased under promotional schemes will not be liable for returns or exchange.
